This POLYURETHANE CORD consists of multiple adhesive cords of Polyurethane (PUr) which will cross the back of the sheet.

The chemical structure of this mounting is mono-component with no content of solvent, which means that is not flammable.

The POLYURETHANE CORD is appropriate to be used with any specific adhesives for the glass mosaic (concrete, polyurethane, epoxy, etc.) guaranteeing a perfect hold in the most difficult surfaces. Due to their exclusive composition with no solvent, it does not subtract any gluing surface of the piece. This advantage permits to reach a 100% fixed surface, with no detaching risk, and guaranteeing a perfect hold in any installation.

The POLYURETHANE CORD is the perfect mounting system for the laying in any environment, especially in water installations, such as swimming pools, bathtub, spa, etc.

The POLYURETHANE CORD is suitable for its use with any laying technique. Indeed, it is enough to have a simple cutter in order to separate the pieces, allowing manual adjustment due to its flexibility, comparable to the paper.

All in all, the polyurethane cord turns into the perfect mounting, bringing together the advantages of the PVC dots and the Fiberglass Mesh and solving their weaknesses. Furthermore, the POLYURETHANE CORD will be presented in 3 sizes: 2.5x2.5 cm, 3.6x3.6 cm and 5x5cm.
