This POLYURETHANE CORD consists of multiple adhesive cords of Polyurethane (PUr) which will cross the back of the sheet.

The POLYURETHANE CORD is appropriate to be used with any specific adhesives for the glass mosaic (concrete, polyurethane, epoxy, etc.) guaranteeing a perfect hold in the most difficult surfaces. Due to their exclusive composition with no solvent, it does not subtract any gluing surface of the piece. This advantage permits to reach a 100% fixed surface, with no detaching risk.

Furthermore, it will be presented in all sizes: 1.2x1.2 cm, 2.5x2.5 cm, 3.6x3.6 cm and 5x5cm.

PVC POINTS

The tiles are joined to one another by PVC dots. Installation is direct as with the mesh-backed sheets.

At Reviglass we use on the highest quality PVC to stop the sheets from being too rigid and to maintain flexibility for installation.
We also take care to make sure that the PVC dots are not too large, which can adversely affect joints.

PAPER-FACED MOUNTING

The traditional mounting method, and still the best for accurate installation, as it provides 100% contact with the fixing adhesive.

The mosaic tiles are mounted on a special pre-glued paper, which is removed once the panels are in place, prior to grouting.
After years of research, we are the only manufacturer to offer a very particular paper mounting. This allows the paper to be removed in a single piece, without breaking up, without the use of special additives and without leaving any residue on the tiles.
